Vidio is Indonesia's largest video on demand streaming platform, home to premium Emtek Group content, international sports, and millions of hours of entertainment.

What I Did

Joining during Vidio's aggressive content expansion phase, I faced an SEO challenge rarely encountered in other industries: how to make search engines understand and index millions of content pages growing every day.

I built the SEO strategy from the foundation: URL architecture, schema markup for video content, page speed optimization, and a content strategy targeting the actual queries people type when looking for something to watch.

What made this work different was scale. Rules that work for one page must automatically apply to hundreds of thousands of pages. I built systems, not just page-by-page optimizations.

SEO on a content platform isn't about writing one great article. It's about building systems that generate relevance signals consistently at industry scale.

Lessons Learned
