Ruparupacom is an e-commerce platform owned by the Kawan Lama Group, selling products across household, furniture, electronics, and outdoor equipment categories with millions of SKUs.
What I Did
I joined as an SEO Specialist when Ruparupacom's SEO team was newly formed. Two years later, I was promoted to Team Lead, responsible for both strategy and team development.
The biggest challenge for e-commerce with millions of SKUs is consistency. Every new product must meet certain SEO standards: clean URLs, unique descriptions, proper categorization. Without a system, this is impossible to do manually.
I built optimization templates and workflows enabling a small team to manage large scale. I also started using Python for technical audit automation, something that became the foundation of how I work today.

Lessons Learned
Becoming a Team Lead taught me that technical skills alone aren't enough. The ability to explain SEO to non-technical people, convince stakeholders, and delegate clearly is just as important as mastering tools.
